This little cafe is old worldy inside , not much room but another room at the back , all pastries and cakes are home made on the premises. We ordered tea for four ,enough for 2 cups each. If you want a quick stop this place is ideal .
A wonderful intimate caf, with special small details that give it a homely feel. Everything that is sold here is freshly baked. The menu offers a variety of homemade snacks and also have freshly cooked hot food. Topped off with super friendly staff. Well worth a visit

Beautiful tearoom! The owner was lovely - very caring, friendly and unbelievably nice! We had the pleasure of enjoying a strawberry, a chocolate cake and a cream tea - both of which were absolutely lovely. The tearoom is in a great location in the middle of Malton. From the inside the tearoom is beautifully furnished - really cozy and has a great atmosphere. 100% recommendable! We hope to come back soon!!
Situated in the Market Place it is ' homely' a varied menu from tea and cakes to full home made lunches. The quality of the food is very good. Staff are friendly and the nothing is too much trouble. It has a traditional tea room atmosphere and the decor is in keeping with the tearoom ' genre' . It's a great place for a light bite and a great place to relax. Well worth a visit.!
