After waiting 4 & half hours for RAC, we gave up & rang Mennell Motors. They were there within 10 minutes & we were home within half an hour. We will be cancelling RAC & keeping Mennell Motors on quick dial! Thankyou so much.
Literally couldn't ask for better service! Got me out of a tricky situation when I got recovered, they let me keep the van (didn't move) at their garage until they had chance to look at it as there was no chance a recovery truck would have got to where I live. Really friendly service throughout the process, kept me updated, tried to keep costs down best they could, and got given a little dash polish when I left. Available on the phone all the time. Touch wood my van is running perfect again. It's really reassuring knowing I can get my van back there if needs be. I'd definitely recommend!
All we can say what a fantastic service this company gave us. After breaking down we were rescued and transported home to Scotland. We were given a courtesy vehicle to carry on our holiday then our vehicle was recovered at the time we were givenGreat company!!
Thanks everyone for your help. Mennells came and rescued us. I have to say in all my life I dont think weve had service like it. Genuinely lovely people. Set off pretty much from when we called them. Not sure of the gents name but he was an absolute star. He put us at ease immediately, was confident and reassuring and clearly very experienced. Had been working all day and just wanted to do what he could to help out. Managed to sort the car and free it from the rock. In such a way that the car has aMinor ding and scrape. I am sure it could have been a lot worse and much more costly. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending this business. Absolutely first class.Cant thank them enough. Very reasonable on price also. I wholeheartedly recommend Mennell Motors
