Gemma did the flowers for my mothers memorial service and I cannot praise her highly enough. Because I do not live in North Yorkshire, all advance arrangements had to be done either online or over the telephone which can lead to communication difficulties and misunderstandings. Gemma however is both a wonderful listener and an invaluable source of suggestions. On the day of my mothers memorial service the flowers were perfect.
