I found the idea of starting the gym really intimidating but this is the perfect place to start! The atmosphere is motivating and feels more like a community and the trainers are brilliant at working to your personal needs and helping you reach your goals in a way that suits you. They are always helpful with any equipment needs and the facilities are kept lovely and clean can't recommend enough!!
