The most rude staff and unorganised pharmacy I have ever known. Make you feel like a burden and completely mess up getting in prescriptions. Avoid.
The staff are fabulous and helpful and they give fabulous customer service
Having used them for over 10 years I've never had a problem. Staff are always helpful and give great advice. Great selection of over the counter medicines and a private room for consultation should you wish. There's a wheelchair accessible rear entrance in the car park and disable friendly door to the front. Always well presented and clean too. The only fault would be lack of parking, due to being next to a busy surgery this can't be helped.
Extraordinarily rude staff. One particular female staff member couldn't care less about helping customers let alone conversing with another human being. This pharmacy should not be allowed to practice within the NHS. Avoid if at all possible and collect pescriptions other nearby pharmacies like Lloyd's.
Horrible customer service! Absolutely not willing to go the extra mile once I informed them my asthma prescription was incorrect. All they had to do was contact the doctor and they refused and treated me as if I was dirt! If you value your life I would consider another pharmacy!
