I just picked my new Focus Jam2 up from Northern Ride today and I can honestly say the service from Ash at Northern Ride was the best I have ever experienced and I have dealt with a lot of bike shops. Everything went so smoothly and nothing was too much trouble, and Ash just made sure everything was organised and it all worked out perfectly. I was selling a bike privately and Ash offered to pack my bike up and ship it to the new owner all I did was pay the shipping costs and this took away all of the hassle for me which was so good.This is a family business and it really shows as they went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect buying experience and I really did, I would absolutely recommend using this fantastic shop it was a total pleasure to deal with such caring professional people.Thanks GuysAndy

Great bike shop - my son got his first balance bike from here and is super confident on it at 2 years old. Straight onto a pedal bike with no stabilisers! Staff really friendly and helpful too!

The bike fit ensured that the bike was a custom fit for me and the bike was delivered in excellent fettle.Having ridden the bike for a fortnight Im delighted with it and it meets my requirements for a light weight carbon bike suitable for the hills. The compact chain set matched with an 11-32 cassette ease the steeper climbs and the hydraulic disc breaks give confidence on the descents.Oh, and the colour is gorgeous!Im happy to recommend Norther Ride and the Lapierre Sensium.
