4 hour drive to get to Ray Chapman Motors, every minute was worth it . Totally recommended. I found a car on the Auto Trader, paid a deposit, and collected the car within a few days. No pushy salesman tactics, no false advertisements or hidden costs at all . Genuine sellers who care about their reputation and serving their customers as best as they can. As a good will gesture they provided me with a full tank of petrol, refurbished the wheels, new private plates, completed all my paper work before hand, so I was able to collect the car quickly and drive away. Free drive away insurance and a years worth of car tax paid too. I've bought over ten cars to date and this has been my best transaction to date . The female receptionist is totally in the wrong job.As the first point of contact, she went out of her way to blank me.She eventually, reluctantly, did manage to tell me to wait for the salesman, who along with another member of staff were both excellent.
