Really not happy that I am having to chase them to get my deposit back. I have to agree with others about stalling tactics. They are now suggesting it will be at least a month from leaving before i see the money. Not acceptable.
Disgusting company, kept 200 of my bond with no justification as to why or what needed exactly doing (knowing Id paid for a cleaner myself). Take a long time to sort and communicate. Obnoxious, rude and non engaging...run for your lives

Do not expect your bond back without a fight when you leave. Stalling tactics meant it took 3 months after checkout to get a penny of mine, clearly a deliberate technique to grind you down into giving up fighting for it. They ignored the deadlines given to them to respond to the adjudication service when the dispute began, submitted evidence after deadlines had passed, told them some of it had been returned to me when it hadn't, refused to respond to emails or return phone calls before or after checkout. Wouldn't give me a copy of the checkout inventory. They claimed for cleaning (after a professional clean was done with invoice provided) without providing invoices or receipts to the dispute adjudicator to prove it had been done, nice little extra earner for them. Extremely unprofessional service and have been recommending to everyone I know in the area to avoid them.
Worst letting agent ever. Poor communication= poor experience. There is another word starting with "Bul" that I could use to describe Bulmers, which would be a better fit for the company- but I won't sink to that level. Just take my word for it and NEVER EVER USE THIS AGENT. Unless you want to be on tender hooks wondering if you will get your hard earned deposit back, or actually respond inquiries/ problems. If you do ignore there terrible reviews and risk it- please don't expect a lot from them because you will be very disappointed!
