From the mortgage advisor George staying back after work to chat with me, to Megan and sally having to deal with me ringing for progress updates and explaining everything to me that needed explaining. Mark was real helpful up to the extent of helping me clean the house and get it photo ready as I had forgotten he was coming and the house was a tip. House was sold in less than 6 hours of going on to the market. However, my only criticism is with their recommended solicitor. Took 12 weeks to complete on what had no reason to why it couldnt be a quick sale so I would advise to use a local solicitor and stay well clear of theirs for various reasons. If it wasnt for the solicitor it would have been a very pleasant process but the staff at reeds rains Malton I couldnt recommend more.
